On that same day, President Eisenhower sent a letter to the Decent Harvey V. Higley, Overseer of Veterans’ Undertakings (VA), assigning him as Director of the Veterans Day National Panel.

In 1958, the White House prompted VA’s General Advice that the 1954 assignment of the VA Head as Director of the Veterans Day National Board connected to all consequent VA Managers.
